Payable by cheque on signing of this Agreement Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)

DEPOSIT 2
Payable by post-dated cheque dated the eleventh (11th) day following acceptance Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00). Must provide chartered bank or major credit union mortgage letter confirming that
financing has been pre-approved

DEPOSIT 3
Payable by post-dated cheque dated the sixtieth (60th) day following acceptance
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)

DEPOSIT 4
Payable by post-dated cheque dated the one hundred and twentieth (120th) day following acceptance,
in an amount to bring the total deposits up to fifteen percent (15%) of the Purchase Price
